If you don't want the government to be in debt, you complain when its getting into debt, IE when it drops taxes, puts two wars on credit & seems to do everything in its power to deregulate banks so the banking greed will crash the economy and when the banks do crash the economy, throw another 700B at them.

Corporations won't create jobs until they see an upswing in the economy because they won't incur costs unless they see some net win, ie employing this person will generate more income than cause expense.
Employing causes expense. One of the ways to improve the economy would be to fix healthcare. Providing employees with healthcare is expensive. Many countries all around the world prove that universal healthcare is much more cost effective than the system in place in the US.
